Dormant Accounts Funding For Ennis Projects

A community-based organisation and a primary school information technology scheme in Ennis have received funding from the Dormant Accounts Fund.

Over EUR36,000 has been allocated to Drumbiggle-based Ennis West Partners in support of its ongoing work in the local community, while EUR10,000 has been provided to Scoil Chriost Ri to help the Cloughleigh school to progress towards achieving Digital School Status.

Details of the Dormant Accounts Fund allocations were announced by Éamon Ó Cuív T.D., Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs and his colleagues Batt O’Keeffe T.D., Minister for Education and Science and John Curran T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs.
