Tributes are being paid to the former Parish Priest of Tulla Father Rory McInerney who passed away on Tuesday.The O'Callaghan's Mills native had served as a priest in the Killaloe Diocese for nearly 50 years having previously served in the parishes of Birmingham, Castleconnell in Limerick. Fr. McInerney also served in Ennis Parish before moving to Tulla.
Fr McInerney will repose in Tulla Church this evening before being laid to rest in the Church Grounds following funeral mass at 2 o'clock tomorrow, reports Clare FM.
