Glenamaddy, County Galway-based bakers, Brogan's Bakery, has cooked up a E14 million deal with Tesco to supply muffins to the retail group's British shops.Brogan's is to add four new products to the range offered to Tesco's 2,000 UK stores from next week, creating 15 new jobs, reports businessworld.ie.
The company already supplies 80 million muffins per year to Tesco UK, providing five different types of muffin.
