A Dublin man has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of a 60-year-old man in Kilmainham in County Dublin last year.
37-year old Michael Byrne of Clonard Road in Crumlin pleaded not guilty to murder but guilty to the manslaughter of Denis Brennan on a date between 5 and 8 July last year. He will be sentenced at a later date, reports RTE.
Lawyers for Mr Byrne applied to vary the conditions of his bail and told the court he was having difficulty signing on every day because he is legally blind.
