Walls construction has said works are progressing well on the €70m Trinity Biosciences Development, located on Pearse Street, in Dublin city centre, according to Build.ie.Following completion of the excavation of the triple level basement in April of this year progress continues on the 40 week concrete superstructure element with works currently up to Bl-1 slab.
The next critical milestone for late this month will be the commencement of the installation of the pre cast beams and terraces for the first of the two 350-seater lecture theatres.
