Pat The Cope Enters Election Race

Fianna Fáil's Pat 'The Cope' Gallagher has confirmed his intention to contest the upcoming European elections in the North West constituency, which includes County Clare

The Donegal TD and former Minister of State has declared his candidacy just hours before nominations close at noon.

Fianna Fáil has already selected former senator Paschal Mooney to run in the constituency.

Kenny Visits Clare Capital

Fine Gael Leader Enda Kenny will today visit Ennis to formally launch the party’s local Election campaign in Clare.

The Mayo Deputy will hold a press conference in the Temple Gate Hotel, along with Fine Gael candidates contesting elections the County, as well as Ennis, Shannon, Kilrush and Kilkee.
