Over £1m will be invested in improving roads in and around Carrickfergus this year, it has been announced.Roads Minister Conor Murphy said remedial works had been sanctioned following a fire on the embankment at Barnhalt road bridge, according to build.ie.
Drainage works at Dalwaysbawn Road and the A2 Larne Road towards Ballycarry will also be carried out.
