The Defence Forces says a suspect device found in Dublin's south inner city this morning was a hoax.The device was found beneath a car at the Dolphin House flats complex in Rialto, reports breakingnews.ie. An army bomb disposal squad carried out a controlled explosion before declaring that the alert was a hoax.
