The "Number One Ballsbridge" project, the redevelopment of the centrally located site of the former UCD Veterinary College in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 has cleared planning.HKR Architects for the developer, Glenkerrin, said the project will see a mixed-use redevelopment incorporates over 170,000 sqft of office accommodation, 86 luxury apartments and associated retail and restaurant space with buildings on the site ranging in size from seven to eleven storeys in height.
