A 21-year-old man has died and a second man is in a serious condition following a car crash in County Galway.Gardaí said the car in which the men were travelling hit a ditch near Tuam in the early hours of this morning. The 21-year-old was pronounced dead at University Hospital Galway, where the other man is also being treated for serious injuries, according to breakingnews.ie.
