The High Court has granted an order for the possession of a property owned by solicitor Michael Lynn. Bank of Scotland (Ireland) had sought possession of the holiday home in Red Barn, Youghal in County Cork, reports RTE.
The court heard that no repayments had been made on the property since July 2007 and that the total loan amount outstanding stood at over €827,261.
