Gardai open murder inquiry in Dublin

GardaĆ­ in Blanchardstown have opened a murder inquiry after the discovery of a body in a housing estate.

According to gardaĆ­, they received a call on June 25th to an address at Pheasants Run, Dublin 15, near Clonee, where the body of a man (31) had been discovered by other residents of the house. The body of the 31-year-old Lithuanian was taken to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown where a postmortem he suffered head injuries.

The victim had been living at the Pheasants Run property with up to three other people - all Lithuanian. Source - Irish Times.
