Six people were arrested today in the area where energy giant Shell’s controversial new gas terminal is being developed, reports breakingnews.ie.Gardaí said the four men and two women were detained at around 4am for alleged public order offences at Glengad, Co Mayo.
They are being questioned at Belmullet Garda Station and are expected either to be charged or released this morning.
