The scene at the Graduate pub in Killiney this afternoon. Photo: Bryan O'BrienFive units of the Dublin Fire Brigade were called to the well known pub after the alarm was raised at 10.13am today. A number of members of staff were in the pub and were evacuated when the fire alarm sounded. An eyewitness at the scene said he saw smoke coming from the roof area but that the building was quickly engulfed in flames.
The Sallyglen Road, and Rochestown Avenue between the Killiney Shopping Centre and Johnstown Road, were closed while emergency services dealt with the incident.
