An Ennis man is continuing to recover today after his car went out of control and crashed into the River Fergus on Thursday.The incident happened close to the Aughanteeroe Estate on the Gort Road, Ennis at 8am when the man's car went out of control and crashed through a fence into the river.
The man, who is believed to be in his fifties, managed to escape from the car and was assisted by locals until the arrival of emergency services.
