A new pumping station in Clarecastle looks set to end the inconvenience experienced by local residents in recent years.
Clare FM news reports today that local householders have complained of poor shower pressure and problems with washing machines due the low water pressure, but Clare County Council is now addressing the problem with a new booster pump at Killoo, Clarecastle.
Local Fianna Fail Councillor Bernard Hanrahan is delighted that water problems will be much improved in the next few weeks.
