Gardaí in Ennis are continuing to appeal for information regarding a fatal road crash just outside Ennis over the weekend.
35 year old Michael McInerney died when his motorcycle crashed into a ditch on the main Ennis to Kildysart Road at Ballaghafadda West near Clarecastle around 1 o'clock on Saturday.
The Caher native, who had been living in Ennis for some time, was pronounced dead at Ennis General Hospital shortly afterwards, according to Clare FM News.
