Renting accommodation is becoming increasingly cheaper in County Clare.New figures from Daft.ie show the cost of rental accommodation here has fallen by nearly 3 percent in the 3rd quarter of 2008.
The average rent in Clare now stands at 695 euro, reports Clare FM News.
