Sentencing in the case of a Clare woman who was found guilty of soliciting a former Las Vegas poker dealer to kill her partner and his two sons was adjourned at the Central Criminal Court in Dublin today.
The Court heard that a psychological assessment on ‘Lying Eyes’ Sharon Collins (left) of Ballybeg House, Kildysart Road, Ennis was not ready, the Irish Times website reports. The 45-year old was found guilty on July 9th of conspiring to kill PJ, Robert and Niall Howard between August 1st and September 26th, 2006.
Her co-accused, a 52-year old Egyptian with a Las Vegas address, guilty of demanding €100,000 with menace from Robert Howard. Essam Eid was also due to be sentenced today. Both were remanded in custody today to appear again in court on November 3rd.
