Doctor Carmody was found not guilt on six charges after a trial at Ennis Circuit Court in the summer, but the jury was undecided on the remaining eleven charges.
At Limerick Circuit Court yesterday, the State sought to have the trial heard in Dublin. Judge Carroll Moran said he will hear an application on the matter on December 1st.
