Tesco in Ennis are insisting there will not be any job losses when the store ceases to operate its 24-hour-a-day service later this month.The supermarket on Francis Street will only be open from 7am until midnight daily from 20 October, bringing an end to its round the clock service.
Management have refused to indicate, however, whether the changes are being introduced due to decreasing retailer activity.
