President Mary McAleese whistle stop tour of county Clare today will begin at the Poor Clare's Monastery in Ennis. Clare FM News reports that her visit comes as the sisters celebrate 50 years in Ennis, and the President is no stranger to their home on Francis Street having attended retreats there in the past.
