Clare members of An Garda Siochana got on their bikes today to raise badly needs funds for the water based rescue services across the county.30 officers took part and cycled over 130 kilometres starting out at Doolin this morning in fine weather conditions, ending up in Killaloe before seven o'clock this evening.
The money raised will be used to support seven seperate water resuce services across the county including Kilrush, Kilkee, Mountshannon and Ennis, according to Clare FM news.
