Five people have been arrested by gardaí investigating the death of a 17-year-old whose body was found in an East Clare lake, RTE news reports.Richard 'Happy' Kelly from O'Malley Park in Limerick was last seen near Daly's Cross in Co Limerick in the early hours of 24 April, 2006.
His body was found at the end of November last year at Lough Brigit in O'Callaghan's Mills and identified using DNA testing.
