Byelaws regarding the taking of photographs in playgrounds should be introduced as soon as possible,according to Westbury-based Labour Cllr. Pascal Fitzgerald.Cllr. Fitzgerald told the Limerick Post newspaper that the problem of children being approached by strangers outside schools after school hours, needs to be monitored as there is growing concern that unknown paedophiles could be stalking them.
