Hundreds attended funeral of Lahinch drowning victim

Hundreds of mourners have filled St Peter and Paul's Church in Bruff in County Limerick for the funeral mass of Fiona Ring.

The mother-of-three died in a drowning accident in Lahinch (pictured left) last week while out swimming with her family.

The Belfast Telegraph reports that gifts at the funeral mass included an iPOD, a Clare flag, makeup and a mobile phone.
