A plane from Dublin to Florida had to divert to Shannon after the tragic death of a young teenage boy.
Clare FM News reports that the 15 year old who suffered from Muscular Dystrophy was on the way to Disneyland with his family when he became ill shortly after take off.
The flight was forced to divert to Shannon where the emergency services were on standby. However, the young boy from Monaghan had already died.
