EPA publishes report on Bathing Water Quality in Clare

Clare County Council has welcomed the publication of the EPA report on Bathing Water Quality showing that each of Clare’s 11 Bathing Water were deemed to be compliant with mandatory water quality levels in 2012.

Burren Tolkien Convention line-up announced

A model maker and special effects artist for Peter Jackson’s 2012 film ‘The Hobbit’ and a leading international academic on the writings of JRR Tolkien have been named amongst the line-up of participants for the Burren Tolkien Convention from May 9-16th.

NPPR Charge Reminder for Clare property owners

Clare County Council today issued a reminder to property owners affected by the Non-Principal Private Residence (NPPR) scheme that the deadline for payment of the €200 charge for 2013 is June 30 next.
