Tourist Destination Plan to make Adare gateway to Shannon Region
A strategic tourism plan aimed at establishing the County Limerick town of Adare as a gateway location for the wider County Limerick and Shannon Region has been launched by Minister for Transport, Tourism & Sport Leo Varadkar.
Honorary Freedom of Ennis awarded to President of Ireland
The President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins today (Friday, 22 February, 2013) became only the second person ever to be awarded the Honorary Freedom of the Town of Ennis.
