Kerry-based electronic payments firm, Fexco, today that it has bought a majority stake in Federal Pacific Group in Auckland, New Zealand for an undisclosed sum.
According to businessworld.ie, the company provides financial services in ten territories of the South Pacific, key markets being New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga, Samoa and East Timor, and it is also an agent for Western Union Money Transfer in these countries.
A woman is in a serious condition in hospital after being stabbed in Dublin city centre this morning.
The woman, who is in her 30s, was attacked while walking on Jervis Lane at around 9am.
RTE reports she was taken to the Mater Hospital, where her condition is described as serious.
