Ballyalla Gets Broadband

Eircom has announced it has broadband enabled the telephone exchange serving the residents of Ballyalla.

Today’s announcement comes as part of eircom’s public commitment to broadband enable over 400 exchanges across Ireland by the end of this year.

Parts of the county scheduled to receive DSL broadband by the end of 2009 include Ballymacahill Cross , Whitegate , Rockmount, Bridgetown, Clarecastle, Cooraclare, Doonbeg, Tulla, Kildysart, Kilfenora, Kilkishen, Kilkee, Kilmaley, Kilmihil and Quin.
