ROSCOMMON - Heatons Create 20 Jobs In Roscommon Town

Heatons have opened a new store in the Centre Point Retail Park, Roscommon Town resulting in the creation of twenty new jobs.

Moving from its existing premises in Main Street, Heatons have opened the 32,840 sq feet store at a time when most other retailers are curtailing services. The relocation to the larger outlet will see the number of staff doubled from twenty to forty people.

DERRY - 20 Jobs Created In Foyleside

Twenty new jobs have been created at the new DV8 store in Foyleside.

DV8 specialise in branded high quality fashion and footwear. The new store is the chain's 24th store across the north making them one of the biggest outlets in Foyleside, formerly occupied by music store Zavvi and before that Virgin Megastore.

GALWAY - 30 New Jobs Announced At Knocknacarra

The opening of a new sport and entertainment complex in the Knocknacarra area of Galway has resulted in the creation of 30 new jobs.

The 'Pure Skill Complex', which is located at Galway West Retail Park, is the first of it's kind in the world, using technology to simulate 20 different sports. The complex will initially employ a staff of 16, and it is expected this number will double in the next three years.
